When asked if there was a particular course or memory that stands out when looking back over her time as an English major she said:
“I have so sincerely loved all of it, all of my professors and all of my classes. I came back to school on a whim in the fall of 2018 with no plans other than the sureness that I would NOT be an English major, and then I took Professor Nicole Lawrence’s Intro to Creative Writing class and it was like “Ok so I guess this is my life now.”
