Deans’ Assistants are responsible for the following reports and for faculty data entry in Banner:

• Overloads for Full-Time Faculty/Staff for Fall Semester
• Listing of Non-Salaried Courses for Fall Semester
• Teaching Graduate Assistant Listing for Fall Semester
• Reassigned Time of Non-Teaching Assignments of Full-Time Faculty for Fall Semester

BANNER: PEAFACT and PPACMNT

If you do not have write privileges for PEAFACT and/or PPACMNT, please complete the "Banner HR Privileges Request Form".

The following documents will assist you with Banner data entry:

• Instructions for fields in Banner: describes the fields and definitions for entering faculty information in PEAFACT and PPACMNT.

• The Classification of Instructional Program (CIP) includes the 6 digit codes which should reflect the primary discipline in which a faculty member is currently assigned or primarily teaching.  The CIP field is found in PPACMNT.

• The faculty academic department (FAD) list contains the department code that reflects the department to which the majority of the employee’s time is assigned.  The FAD field is found in PPACMNT.
