Profit Rate:
$1,000.00 first day, $600.00 each additional day (minimum fee, depending upon the scope of the event, total fee is to be negotiated with the Director of Athletics or his/her designee). This Price includes the following:
Technical Services up to $100
Housekeeping Services up to $100.00
Public Safety Services up to $200.00
Setup Services up to $100.00
Nonprofit Rate:
$750.00 first day, $400.00 each additional day. This price includes the following:
Technical Services up to $50.00
Housekeeping Services up to $50.00
Public Safety Services up to $100.00
Setup Services up to $50.00
Summer Camp Stores
Camp stores may be sponsored on the living floor or floors associated with the camp, and this will be at no cost. Should the camp sponsor desire to locate the camp store in the lounge located in the main floor lobby, a charge of $25.00 per day will be assessed.
Administrative Charge is 20% of the total bill, excluding housing and food service.
