For meeting rooms, a fee will be charged, depending upon the size of the room
For conference rooms, a fee of $40 to $60 will be charged, depending upon the size of the room.
For BE-5 Multi-purpose Room, a $250.00 fee will be charged, or $150.00 with a meal. Wedding receptions held in BE-5 are $750.00 plus the cost of hiring a Marshall University Public Safety Office (MUPD).
For the Don Morris Room, a fee of $300.00 will be charged for non-educational use or $200.00 with a meal. The fee for Wedding Receptions or dances is $1,000.00, plus the cost of hiring a Marshall University Public Safety Office (MUPD).
For the John Marshall Room, a fee of $250.00 will be charged for receptions, or $75.00 with a meal.
For the John Spotts Room, a fee of $100.00 will be charged, or $50,00 with a meal.
For Marco's, a fee of $100.00 will be charged, or $50.00 with a meal.
For use of the Recreation Area the charge is $50.00 per hour with a two hour minimum reservation.
Lobby tables are $150.00 per table per day.
