As part of a service learning course at Marshall University, your course information has been registered so that we can aggregate the results for each course. Your personal information will not be tied to any individual survey.

Below is a link which will take you to our survey form. You will be required to log in using your MUNET username and password (the same username and password used for logging into computers on campus). Once logged in, the survey will check to see if you are in our database of students currently enrolled in a Service Learning Course. If you are, you will be allowed to select an open survey to take.
