
Biography
Carleen O’Neill, Operations Coordinator for Graduate & Interdisciplinary Studies, contributes to Marshall’s educational mission by providing support for the Graduate Studies Office, Global Education Office, Student Research Office, and other offices within Academic Affairs that have an institution-wide impact.
Within Graduate Studies, Carleen coordinates and processes Graduate Assistant hiring across the university in partnership with Humman Resources. She also supports strategic initiatives of the office, supervises work-study students, and serves as a liaison for the Graduate & Professional Student Association.
Carleen supports other key Academic Affairs offices, including Global Education and the Student Research Office, with budget development, tracking, and reporting.
Carleen has served on the Classified Staff Council and the Staff Development Committee. She was a member of the 2023 cohort of the John Marshall Leadership Fellows Program.
