Program Overview

The interdisciplinary Accessibility Awareness Certificate will help students obtain knowledge and skills related to providing technology accessibility for all people, including those with disabilities, to become more employable. Coursework will increase student knowledge and provide learning experiences designed to foster innovation and creative problem-solving with disability perspectives in curriculum and instruction.

  • HRM 632- HR for Special Populations
  • MGT 615- Management of Innovation & Technology
  • MIS 659- Digital Accessibility Policies & Strategies

Elective Courses (3 credit hours)

  • Choose one of the following:
    • MIS 698- ITM Internship
    • MIS 688- Independent Study
    • MGT 660- Independent Study
    • MGT 671- Business Administration Internship
