All applicants, regardless of citizenship, must provide proof of English proficiency to be considered for admission to Marshall University. Applicants may be considered exempt from providing standardized exam scores (i.e., TOEFL, IELTS) if one or more of the exemption conditions is met, including successful completion of the equivalent to a U.S. high school diploma or U.S. post-secondary degree from an accepted, accredited institution in one of the countries listed below.
