Terri Baker is the Grants Project Manager for the Center for Rural and Community Health. For approximately thirty years, Terri’s career has centered on education working with Bluefield State College, New River Community and Technical College and currently the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. Terri has experience in curriculum development, grant writing, workforce education, business development, program development, and community relations.
