Exhibition Proposal Form

Marshall University’s School of Art & Design seeks submissions from emerging and professional artists for exhibitions in our galleries on a rolling basis. Each proposal must be submitted at least eight months prior to the requested exhibition dates. Please note that artist(s) are responsible for the cost of delivery and return shipping for their work and their travel expenses.

List all artists to be included in exhibition. If the artist and organizer are the same, list organizer name.
Max. file size: 24 MB.
Please submit the following in a single PDF: brief exhibition proposal, artist’s statement, biography, CV, and a sample of 10 images representative of those you intend to display and an image list.
