The Autism Mentor training is open to aides, teachers, professionals, parents, grandparents, and anyone seeking to help students with autism.
- The cost $275 per student and is delivered online over 10 weeks.
- The class includes 30 hours of instruction including autism characteristics, behavior techniques, classroom strategies, and social supports.
- This provides aides working in West Virginia public schools with information needed to help satisfy Policy 5314.01 in the state code.
