About Me:
My passion is health and fitness and encouraging others to be their best self. I have many experiences with fitness including but not limited to being a former collegiate athlete, boxer, and NPC (figure) bodybuilder. I have also participated in 5k’s, Half-marathons, Tough Mudder, Savage Race, and CrossFit.
My training style is individualized according to your needs. My goal is to always have my clients feeling positive and more confident after each experience with me. Additionally, I love spending time with my family and friends, traveling, learning and trying new things.
