Marshall University to Host Spring Career Fair with Employers Seeking Top Talent

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – Marshall University’s Office of Career Education is set to host its upcoming Spring Career Fair on February 26, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Rec Center. This event will bring together students and employers from a wide range of industries, offering exciting opportunities for internships and full-time positions.

With a diverse lineup of employers, the Career Fair provides an excellent platform for students to explore career options, network with professionals, and gain insight into the job market. Employers attending will be looking for candidates across various fields, including business, healthcare, technology, education, and more.

“We encourage all students to take advantage of this opportunity to connect with employers actively hiring for internships and full-time positions,” said Jennifer Brown, Assistant Director for Student Engagement and Marketing at Marshall University’s Office of Career Education. “This is a great chance for students to make a strong impression and learn more about potential career paths.”

Marshall University’s Office of Career Education Partners with JCPenney for Suit-Up Event

Huntington, WV –  Marshall University’s Office of Career Education is excited to announce the return of the JCPenney Suit-Up Event on Sunday, February 23, 2025. This exclusive event provides Marshall University students, alumni, faculty, and staff with an opportunity to purchase professional attire at up to 50% off to help them dress for success in their career journeys.

The event will take place at JCPenney at Huntington Mall from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., offering attendees significant discounts on suits, dress shirts, blouses, shoes, and accessories essential for job interviews, internships, and professional networking opportunities.
