About
Terick will be embarking on his first year in higher education, but his past experience in training and development will help him bring a different element to the job. Prior to Marshall Terick Thomas spent 4 years with our local Goodwill Industries as a Training and Development Coordinator/Human Resource Assistant. Terick Thomas is a two time graduate of Marshall University, where he received his undergrad in Regents with a minor in both Counseling and Psychology, while also receiving a Masters Degree in Adult Training and Development. Terick is also a former Thundering Herd football player, which will help him be able to relate closely to our student athletes. Additionally, Terick will help encourage, motivate, and energize all our students that come through Career Services to JUMP.
