Arthur Weisberg Family Applied Engineering Complex

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — Marshall University celebrated the start of construction of the $50 million Arthur Weisberg Family Applied Engineering Complex with a groundbreaking on Monday, Oct. 29 2012.
Construction on the 140,000 square-foot, 480-foot long engineering complex is expected to take 28 months, with the facility opening in February 2015.
The building is named for Arthur Weisberg, president of Arthur’s Enterprises and founder of State Electric Supply Company. Arthur’s Enterprises made a large gift pledge to the Marshall University Foundation to help pay for the complex.
