This past weekend the Marshall University Cyber Forensics and Security program and the Women in Cyber organization attended the SecureWV Conference in Charleston, WV. Talks included “Ransomware, Ransom-war, & Ran-some-where”, “Introduction to Powershell” with a capture the flag, “AI Assurance for system operators”, and a lot more. CFS Department Chair Bill Gardner also gave opening remarks as part of his role as President of 304Geeks, the organization responsible for SecureWV.
