Kelly Sowards is a dedicated professional with over a decade of experience in higher education administration. Having served as the Office Administrator Senior for the Graduate College of Education and Professional Development at Marshall University for the past ten years, Kelly has demonstrated exceptional organizational skills and a passion for supporting academic endeavors.
Excitingly, Kelly will be transitioning to a new role as the Assistant Director of Graduate Programs for the Graduate College of Business Management at Marshall University starting this Monday. With a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management under her belt, Kelly brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new position.
Kelly’s commitment to continuous learning is evident through her pursuit of an MBA in Business Administration, which she anticipates completing this fall. Her academic achievements reflect her dedication to personal and professional growth, positioning her as a valuable asset in the field of higher education administration.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Kelly finds joy and relaxation in nature photography, hiking, and kayaking. She cherishes spending time with her family, especially her grandchild, finding immense fulfillment in the simple moments of play and laughter they share together.
