Jeff Larson

Biography

Jeff Larson is an Assistant Professor of Management in the Management and Healthcare Administration Department. He received a PhD in Management and Organizations from the University of Arizona and an MBA from the University of Oregon. Prior to his academic career Jeff worked in healthcare as a director and executive. He has nearly two decades of experience managing departments and employees.

Jeff’s research focuses on human resource management and the experiences of employees in organizations, with specific emphasis on the health care sector. He is particularly interested in how organizations and leaders can create high-quality connections between employees that shape organizational activities and employee experiences in the workplace.
