Program Description

The Department of Management and Health Care Administration offers a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Sustainability Management and Technology. Graduates of the program add value to a sustainability and energy management organization. Students are prepared to meet the challenges of a technological business environment, due to mastering many professional skills.

Students who graduate with a B.B.A. in Sustainability Management and Technology will develop the following skills and acquire knowledge in:

  • Leadership – direct team activities, establish goals and priorities, ensure available resources
  • Critical Thinking – user logic and reasoning to identify strengths/weaknesses of an alternative solution
  • Complex Problem Solving – identify complex problems, review related data to develop and evaluate options
  • Analytical Skills – use spreadsheets, financial, scientific, and statistical data to make strategic decisions
  • Interpersonal Skills – understand communications among people inside and outside the organization and deal with personnel issues
