Brandi Sentz Profile

Brandi Sentz, MHA, RD, LD, CDE is the nutrition educator in Lincoln County for the Marshall University Nutrition Education Program.  Brandi completed her undergraduate degree at West Virginia University and then completed her dietetic internship and a master’s degree at Marshall University.  Later, she received a master’s degree in healthcare administration.  Brandi has experience in many different aspects of nutrition, but much of her career has been in consulting and outpatient setting.  Her primary interests are pediatric nutrition, diabetes education, and the treatment of eating disorders.
