Biography
Annette Ferguson, DNP, MSN, BSN, RN, CNE is an associate professor at Marshall University School of Nursing. In 2015, Dr. Ferguson completed her doctorate degree in higher education from Eastern Kentucky University with her project focusing on prevention of catheter-associated urinary tract infections. Dr. Ferguson has been a nurse for over 20 years with cardiac and critical care experience and has worked as a nurse educator for over 14 years. She is the course coordinator for the NUR 324: Nursing and Human Responses IV and provides clinical experiences for students in the undergraduate program. She also provides clinical instruction to students in NUR 325: Nursing and Human Response V. She is a member of the West Virginia League for Nursing. Dr. Ferguson loves working with future students to help them become caring and compassionate nurses.
