Shortly before noon today, we were notified by the West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission that tomorrow (Friday) is the deadline to make a final request for COVID-19 vaccine for our employees.
If you are not yet on the list and want to be vaccinated, you must visit this link to be added to the waiting list no later than 4 p.m. tomorrow, Friday, Jan. 15. Please make certain you click the “Done” button at the end of the survey and receive the confirmation message that you have been added to the waiting list.
If you have completed the survey or if you have already received your first dose at Marshall, you do not need to do anything. You are already on the list and will be contacted when it is your turn to be vaccinated. We have been assured we will have enough doses to vaccinate every employee who has requested it.
To see if you are already on the university’s list to get a vaccination, please click here. You should immediately receive a personalized website message indicating whether or not you are on the list. (You may need to sign in to your Marshall account first. It may take up to 24 hours after registering before you see a confirmation message.)
If you are a supervisor, please ensure your employees have seen this message and understand that this is the final notice for the waiting list.
