Heart of Appalachia EOC Counselors travel throughout Cabell, Mason, Lincoln and Wayne Counties in order to serve you!
Patty Moore (moore21@marshall.edu) makes visits to the West End, Ceredo-Kenova, Wayne, Hamlin, Salt Rock, Alum Creek and Guyan River Libraries. She also goes to the Southern WV Community and Technical College at Lincoln County High School and Crum Middle School.
You can usually find her in the EOC office, Room 212 of Gullickson Hall at Marshall University, on Mondays (all day) and Wednesdays (until noon). The dates, times and locations of where you can meet with her in the community are published on her quarterly calendar below.

Roxanne Smith (smith221@marshall.edu) makes visits to the Cox Landing, Milton, Hannan, Mason City and New Haven Libraries and at other workshops by request.
She is usually in the EOC Office, Room 212 of Gullickson Hall, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The dates and times for all her locations are on her schedule below.
