Biography
Amanda Means serves as the Associate Vice President of Enrollment Management. Means previously served as the Senior Director of Enrollment Management at Miami University Regionals and as the Director of Enrollment Management at Shawnee State University in Portsmouth, OH. Means grew up in Wheelersburg, OH, and attended Marshall University as a first-generation college student. She began her higher education career at Marshall University, working in housing and residence life and serving as a recruitment coordinator. Means has a bachelor’s degree from Marshall University, a Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration with a concentration in Enrollment Management from Bay Path University, and a certificate in Enrollment Management from Ruffalo Noel Levitz. She enjoys attending concerts, fantasy football, and spending time at home with her husband Wes, a Marshall graduate and high school language arts teacher, and her daughters, Harper and Avery.
