I’m having trouble submitting my application online. Is the form working?
Yes, the forms have been tested, and we’re receiving submissions. Often updating your browser or deleting your browser cache and cookies can resolve issues with submitting applications. If you’re still experiencing trouble, make note of any error messages you’ve received and contact the Faculty Senate office by phone at 304-696-4376 or by email at Senate@marshall.edu.
I have submitted my application, but I have additional attachments I would like to include with my submission. What should I do?
Contact the Faculty Senate office by email at Senate@marshall.edu. We can ensure your attachment(s) are included with your application for the committee’s consideration.
When will I know if I have received the award?
Once the committee has communicated their decision, you will receive a letter usually 3 to 4 weeks after the application’s submission deadline. If you still haven’t received a response 4 weeks after the submission deadline, contact the Faculty Senate office by phone at 304-696-4376 or by email at Senate@marshall.edu.
Where do I submit my summary after I’ve received the award?
Please send your summary to the to the Faculty Senate Office at Senate@marshall.edu.
Tips
- INCO is ideal for new faculty who are not presenting, but would like to attend a conference.
- Contacting your committee representative to let them know you plan to submit an application is recommended. The Faculty Development Committee work with the INCO grant. The Research Committee work with the remaining grants and awards available through this site.
