Installing BlueZone on Windows Vista and Windows 7
Following are the procedures for installing BlueZone on Windows Vista and Windows 7 operating systems. This procedure has been tested on Vista Home Basic, Vista Home Premium, Vista Enterprise, and Windows 7 Professional.

Clean Install
Open Internet Explorer. Click on “Tools”, then “Internet Options” on the menu bar.
In the window that appears, click on “Security Options”
Click on “Trusted Sites” (the big green check mark)
Turn off the “Enable Protected Mode” check box
Click on the “Sites” button.
Add the following two sites to the list of trusted sites:
wvisc.state.wv.us bzreg.state.wv.us
Make sure the “Require Server Verification” check box is not checked.
Close and save all windows.
Close Internet Explorer.
Open Internet Explorer
Browse to: http://bluezone.state.wv.us
Select Version 5.0C4 at the bottom of the page.
Click on Web-To-Host Java download. This will install Java (if the user does not already have it) and BlueZone. User intervention is required to respond to prompts to install java and the BlueZone code. Answer in the affirmative (Yes, Accept, OK) to all prompts.
