Biography
Chris Molina returned to the Thundering Herd as its Director of Compliance and Legal Services in September 2022.
In his current role, Molina is the compliance point of contact and handles all areas of compliance for Women’s Basketball, Men’s and Women’s Soccer, Baseball, Cross Country Track & Field and Volleyball. He is also a secondary contact for football. In addition to his compliance responsibilities, he is a liaison between the general counsel and the athletic department.

In August 2021, Molina was hired as a compliance coordinator at Stetson University where he gained experience in all areas of day to day compliance. Prior to Stetson, he worked in the compliance office at Marshall University as a post-graduate intern.
Molina graduated from West Virginia University in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology. In 2020 he graduated with his law degree from West Virginia University College of Law and in October 2020 was admitted to the West Virginia Bar.
Molina was born and raised in Huntington, West Virginia.
