The Steering Committee of the Honors College Student Association (HCSA) is the governing board for the association of all Honors students. Through the work that they complete in fulfillment of expectations for the HON 488 course each semester, students on the Steering Committee demonstrate leadership and provide service while offering opportunities for Honors students to engage in social, academic, and service activities on and off-campus.
Honors College Tailgate – Saturday 20th October
The Steering Committee of the Honors College Student Association will hold their first social event for Honors students in the Fall 2018 semester. The Honors College Tailgate will take place in the State Electric parking lot (across 3rd Ave from Stadium) at the Oct 20th Herd Homecoming Game from 12:30 PM until game time. Come meet your student association officers and other Honors students. Games. Food. Fun!
Honors College Chipotle Fundraiser – Sunday 21st October
The Steering Committee of Honors College Student Association (HCSA) will hold a fundraising event through a partnership with Chipotle Mexican Grill at 2151 5th Avenue in Huntington on Sunday, October 21st from 5 PM to 9 PM. Simply tell your cashier that you’re there to support the Honors College Student Association to be sure that 33% of proceeds will be donated to help fund future HCSA events.
Honors College Apparel Sale Fundraiser – Ends Wednesday 24th October
The Steering Committee of Honors College Student Association (HCSA) will hold a fundraising event through an organized sale of t-shirts and hoodies that proudly show your affiliation with the Honors College and support of the HCSA.
