Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring Break Housing Information
All Residence Halls will remain open over Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring breaks. Students may remain in their rooms during these breaks at no extra cost* as long as they complete the online break intent form. Please be aware that policies may change during break periods and students will be notified of Break Housing policies in the weeks leading up to the break.
There will be limited Dining Options during Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring Breaks. Open locations and hours of operation will be posted on Dining Services’ website: https://marshall.sodexomyway.site/ All locations open during breaks will accept Dining Dollars, Herd Points, Cash, and Credit/Debit Card.
Meal Swipes (10/14 Meals per week and 175 Semester Meals) and Meal Exchange will not be available during Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring Breaks.
Spring 2025 Move-out
All students must be moved out by Sunday, May 11, 2025 at Noon.
