Upper Class and Transfer Housing Agreement
2025-2026 Upper Class and Transfer Housing Agreements go live on January 27, 2025 at 9am. Housing Agreements can be completed prior to the start of Room Selection.
Room Retention (Keep your Same Space)
- Starts: February 3th at 9:00am
- Room Retention Ends: February 5th at 11:59pm
Room Retention Note:
Students living in Buskirk 1st Floor 3rd Floor, All of Freshmen North, All of Freshmen South, Holderby, and Twin Towers East 2nd, 3rd & 12th Floors are ineligible for Room Retention
Themed Room Selection (Gaming, Honors, Marshall 4 All & Safe Space)
- Starts: February 10th at 9:00am
- Themed Room Selection Ends: February 28th at 11:59pm
Part of the Honors College or Marshall 4 All, or want to be on the Gaming or Safe Space Floors, then this is the day for you to select a space.
Note: Only students in the Honors College will be to select Honors Themed housing. Only Marshall 4 All students will be able to select Marshall 4 All Themed housing. Gaming and Safe Space Floors are open to anyone interested in living on these floors.
Juniors, Seniors, and Graduate Students (Choose A New Room)
- Starts: February 11th at 9:00am
- Room Selection Ends: February 28th at 11:59pm
Rising Sophomores (Current Freshmen who will be Sophomores for Fall 2024)
- Starts: February 12th at 9:00am
- Room Selection Ends: February 28th at 11:59pm
Commuter Selection (Anyone Currently not Living on Campus)
- Starts: February 17th at 9:00am
- Room Selection Ends: February 28th at 11:59pm
Room Selection Note
Students may still complete a Housing Agreement after February 28th, but assignments will be made based on room availability
