PLEASE NOTE: Employees hired on or after June 17, 2024 will receive their statement on the next statement cycle in the fall.

We are excited to announce the launch of your Total Reward Statement (TRS)—a personalized summary of the comprehensive value you receive as an employee of Marshall University.  As part of our commitment to transparency and recognizing your contributions, this statement reflects not just your salary, but also the wide range of benefits, perks, and opportunities the University offers.

Your Total Reward Statement (TRS) provides a comprehensive overview of your complete compensation package which consists of:
