For students enrolling for the academic year 2024-25
Applicant Eligibility: Marshall University recognizes that a culturally diverse student body benefits and enriches the educational experience of all students, faculty, and staff. The Intercultural Student Scholarship opportunity is a valued component of the Intercultural Student Initiative, established in 2014 to increase the enrollment of underrepresented minority students.
Students are only eligible to apply for this scholarship if he/she:
- Was nominated by their high school AND attended/completed an Annual Intercultural Student Weekend experience at Marshall during their junior or senior year of high school
- Belong to one or more of the following ethnic and racial minorities: Black, African American, Alaskan Native, American Indian, Asian, Hawaiian Native, Hispanic or Latino, and/or Pacific Islander.
