Parade Registration

Eligibility and Registration

• Who Can Participate: Open to countries, community organizations, cultural groups, or individuals representing specific countries.
• Registration Deadline: Ensure you complete the registration form by Friday, November 1, 2024.
• Notification: You will be notified of your confirmed attendance in the parade when you submit a completed application.

Parade Guidelines

• Walking Only: As this is a walking parade, all participants must walk or use non-motorized forms of movement (e.g., strollers, wagons, wheelchairs). No motor vehicles, bicycles, or other forms of transportation are allowed.
• Country Representation: Each group is encouraged to display cultural, historical, or iconic elements of their respective country, such as flags, banners, or traditional costumes.
• Costumes and Attire: Wear culturally appropriate attire that represents the country or region being celebrated. Groups are encouraged to add festive and colorful touches.

Parade Conduct and Safety

• Stay in Assigned Order: Follow the parade route as instructed and stay in the formation/order designated by the organizers.
• Safety Precautions: Walk at a reasonable pace and maintain awareness of other participants. Children under a certain age (typically 12) should be accompanied by an adult.

Check-in and Assembly

• Check-in Time: Arrive at the parade staging area at least 30-60 minutes before the parade start time for check-in and lineup.
