Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy, Nagoya University of Dhaka, Bangladesh, 1990; Master of Pharmacy, University of Dhaka, Bangladesh, 1991; PhD in Medical Science, Nagoya University School of Medicine, Nagoya, Japan, 2003
Research Interests: Understanding the mechanisms of apoptosis and drug resistance and developing more effective and safer drugs for the treatment and prevention of cancers using natural and molecularly targeted compounds.
