New “Zoombombing” Threat to Public Zoom Calls

A new cybercriminal trend called “Zoombombing” is making its way into the news. Internet “trolls” are joining public Zoom calls to share inappropriate content.

If you attend public Zoom calls, it is recommended to disable screensharing – or limit screensharing to the host only – and to disable File Transfer.
