Job Description
IT Infrastructure Team is looking for a network engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support MU’s growing network infrastructure. The successful candidate will be part of the network infrastructure team that is responsible for designing and developing scalable, maintainable, highly available network and telecommunication architectures that meet business objectives and SLAs.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Engineering discipline; 6 years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and management of voice, data, and video networking equipment; knowledge of TCP/IP, Internet topology, Voice over IP, voice/data routing and switching; problem solving and analytical skills. Bachelor’s degree equivalent based on combination of education and/or experience will be accepted.
Cisco WiFi Networking, Network Access Control, VMWare/Vcenter, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Firewall management, and advanced routing. Must be able to perform all essential job duties as outlined in the job.
Education
