The all new myMU going LIVE!

This is a friendly reminder from Marshall University Information Technology (MUIT) about the ongoing transition to our brand-new myMU portal!  We appreciate your patience as we continue to fine-tune a few areas, and we’re excited for you to experience the enhanced features.

Beginning August 31st: The old myMU portal will no longer be accessible, and mymu.marshall.edu will point exclusively to the new portal.  As we make this transition on Saturday please remember both the old and new myMU will be unavailable.

We have identified an issue with accessing the new myMU portal when using the old weblink  (mymu.marshall.edu), which is causing sign-in errors.  Please use the following workaround to access the portal:

Go to https://mymu.marshall.edu/ and sign in with your MUNet username and password.

If you encounter issues with this link, it’s likely due to cached data in your browser.  Clearing the cache should resolve most access issues. To resolve this:
• Clear your browser cache (the actions to do this will vary depending on which web browser you’re using).
• Update your bookmarks to the new link.
