[UNPLANNED OUTAGE]: Temporary Issue with Dynamic Forms Access

Marshall University Information Technology is aware of an issue affecting access to Dynamic Forms for signature approval via the email link. Several users have reported difficulties accessing forms, and this issue is not isolated to Marshall University; other institutions are experiencing similar challenges.
Our team at MUIT is actively coordinating with Dynamic Forms support to resolve this matter as quickly as possible. We are awaiting further updates and instructions from their support team.
In the meantime, users attempting to approve forms via email may encounter an error screen.
As a workaround, users can access their Dynamic Forms directly by following these steps:
1. Log in to MyMU and navigate to Employee Self-Service.
2. Select Forms and Resources.
3. Once on the Dynamic Forms webpage, click My Forms/Portal in the upper-right
corner.
4. Choose Forms I Need to Sign Now to view and approve any forms in your queue.
