New myMU Portal Experience

Marshall University Information Technology is excited to announce the upcoming launch of the new myMU portal experience. We anticipate the new MyMU experience to be available on Monday, July 15th so be sure to watch for updates! This email contains important details about the launch and how you will be impacted over the next several weeks.

“Soft” Launch of the new MyMu Portal Experience

MU IT realizes that many of your offices may have existing documentation for students that contains screenshots of the existing MyMU portal. For this reason, BOTH the old and new MyMU portals will be available through the middle of the Fall semester.  The old MyMU will be “turned off” on Saturday, August 31, 2024. During this transition, you will have the option to switch back and forth between the old and new portals easily. This will allow you to familiarize yourself with the new features at your own pace and update any documentation, while still having access to the familiar interface.
