This is a follow-up reminder about the retirement of the legacy MILO service (Self-Service Banner 8), which is scheduled for Tuesday, December 17, 2024.
Students, faculty, and staff will continue to access MILO (Self-Service Banner 9) through the MyMU portal.
Key Updates for Students:
- Information Release for Proxy Access:
- A new interface will be introduced for the Information Release service within MILO.
- Students with existing proxies will need to reconfigure access by granting specific permissions in the new system.
- Existing proxies will remain in the system but will not have privileges until explicitly granted by the student.
If you currently utilize this service and need to make changes, please review the additional instructions that will be provided prior to the switch in a separate email.
