BMC Footprints Scheduled Upgrade

The IT Services Team is going to update Footprints Service Core from v.11.0.6 to v.12.0.0 during the maintenance window on Sunday, August 30th. Footprints will be down during maintenance hours and possibly for an extended time after, as this is a major upgrade and will take some time to ensure all systems are brought up and working as intended for the following Monday morning.
