Accessing Adobe Creative Cloud at Marshall University

An Adobe Creative Cloud license lets you use the full suite of creative tools on two devices. Log in with your Marshall username and password.  Anyone can access the full Adobe Creative Cloud Suite on any MarshallU connected computers in University Computing Facilities.

 

Who Can Request Access?

Students: If your professor has requested Adobe Creative Cloud for your course, you can get access. Just click here to request your license [Coming soon!  Contact the IT Service Desk for assistance]. Remember, licenses expire at the end of each semester, so you’ll need to request access again if needed for future courses.

Faculty and Staff: If you need Adobe Creative Cloud for your academic or administrative work, complete the request form. You’ll need a business justification, fund/org, and supervisor approval. Requests must be made annually, as licenses expire on June 30 each year.

Do You Need Adobe Creative Cloud?

Adobe Express – As an Adobe Creative Campus, everyone has access to Adobe Express, an all-in-one AI content creation app for making stunning social posts, images, videos, flyers, and more. It’s available on both mobile and desktop platforms.

Many creative tasks can also be done with built-in features of Microsoft Windows and Apple macOS, like viewing and printing PDFs or photo and video editing. Adobe Acrobat DC is also available to all faculty and staff.

How to Cancel Personal Adobe Subscription

If you are a student who subscribed to Adobe Creative Cloud for personal use and wish to cancel, you can follow these steps to unsubscribe. Adobe will not issue any refunds, so you will need to contact Adobe to cancel the subscription.

Step by step Guide to Cancel Subscription

  1. In order to cancel the subscription, contact Adobe Support and sign in with your personal credentials.
  2. You will be directed to the “Need help” page. Navigate down to select your preferred contact option.
  3. You will be paired with an Adobe agent who will guide you through the cancellation process.
