The single sign-on connection to NextGen Dynamic Forms will be updated on Thursday, September 19th, 2024 as part of our transition to a cloud-based service. This means all form links and the link to login to the Dynamic Forms homepage will change. However, the old links will continue to work for a while. No disruptions
