Why did you choose JMC?
I choose JMC because it is a combination of all of my interests, skills, and strengths. When initially contemplating what I wanted to do during my college years, I knew that I loved to read, write, analyze, and discuss. Discovering the world of PR has been fulfilling!
What are your plans now?
To continue to work and learn as a Public Relations practitioner with non-profit organizations that cater to minority youth and women in need, in my local community. Eventually I would love to assist public figures, specifically athletes, build their brand and platform
What did you like best in the SOJMC?
I’ve enjoyed many things during my time in the SOJMC, but if I had to single out one thing, it would be just listening to my professors speak and share their stories outside of a lecture or classroom situation. The SOJMC have some of the most esteemed and accomplished individuals.
