Class of 1964
Her career started immediately following graduation when she accepted a position as a reporter with the Charleston Gazette. She later became woman’s editor for that paper. She joined the Huntington Herald-Dispatch staff in 1972 where she served in several roles including reporter, features editor, managing editor, city editor and metro editor. She is co-owner of “We Edit Books,” a comprehensive editing service for fiction and non-fiction writers.
