With a B.A. from Marshall and an M.S. from Virginia Commonwealth University’s Adcenter, Pete Ruest worked for the Martin Agency, Young and Rubicam, and Wieden+Kennedy, and he rose to VP Global Group Account Director at Energy BBDO. He has worked on Timberland, Nike, NASCAR, Craftsman, Anheuser-Busch, Wrigley, Sears and Bayer Consumer Health accounts. Ruest won Effie Awards for effective advertising in 2010, 2011 and 2015 and a One Club Gold Pencil Award. The Wrigley Global Oral Care campaign launch in 2013 was the biggest global launch in history to that point and ran in 40 markets around the world. His campaign work for Timberland, Orbit and Nike has been featured in Communication Arts.
