On February 7, 2024, The Truist Center for Leadership facilitated an Artificial Intelligence Panel Discussion focused on the future of business concerning AI and how we all need to embrace the new technology. The Truist Center Director Dr. Monisha Gupta opened the event with a brief background of AI. She went on to introduce our panelists; Diana Adams, Haroon Malik, Jodie McCalla Penrod, Olen York, and Rick Weible; all faculty and staff of Marshall University. The event was facilitated by Adriana Collelo and Mackenzie Rider who brought in some thoughtful questions for deliberation. The event was attended by Dean Don Capener, many faculty members, and over 100 students. The Truist Center was happy to lead a discussion which is paramount in our student’s minds and future careers.
