The BB&T Center for Leadership 2021 Emerging Leaders Certification
The BB&T Center for Leadership at Marshall University Lewis College of Business hosted the Truist Financial Emerging Leaders Certification in November 2021. Students were able to learn about their individual leadership skills and what makes a great leader. Thank you to BB&T Center Director Dr. Monisha Gupta, Interim Dean of the Lewis College of Business Jeffrey Archambault, Associate Dean for Accreditation and Strategic Initiatives Nancy Lankton, and Marketing Department Chair Dr. Elizabeth Alexander for their time and words!
BB&T Center Director Dr. Monisha Gupta and Student Associate Zach Kincaid, alongside Interim Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Avi Mukherjee and Advisory Board President Commodore Tony Martin at the Lewis College of Business Advisory Board Meeting. Dr. Monisha Gupta received the Bob Alexander Mentorship Award, recognizing her hard work and excellence as a professor and mentor in the College of Business. Associate Zach Kincaid delivered the Student Spotlight Speech to the advisory board, which highlights the student experience in the College of Business.
Dr. Monisha Gupta, Director of BB&T Center for Leadership – LCOB, and Zach Kincaid, Student Assistant to Dr. Gupta at the Center, presented on BB&T Leadership Center and its valued contribution to Marshall students/faculty to Tri-State Communities and beyond. The presentation was outstanding–informative, precise, professionally delivered. The event was held at DoubleTree Hotel-Downtown Huntington. We also want to thank Dr. Liz Alexander, Chair of the Department of MKT-MIS-ENT, for attending and supporting the event.
