The Credential WV Summit 2024 is being held on October 9- October 11 at Stonewall Resort in Roanoke, WV.
This convening is organized by the West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission and funded by the Lumina Foundation. Our goal is to create a robust framework for microcredentialing that aligns with the needs of West Virginia’s evolving economy. We will focus on generating a “call to action,” with sessions focused on the state of micro-credentials across the U.S., the urgency of this initiative for West Virginia, and perspectives from industry, higher education, and learners. By investing in microcredentials, we aim to empower individuals with the skills they need to succeed and drive economic growth in our state.
For more information about the event, please contact Dr. Beez Schell, Academic Officer, 304-558-0261 ext. 26395, Beez.Schell@wvhepc.edu
