The Marshall University School of Music will open the second annual MUsic Mondays Lecture Series at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 19, at the Cellar Door, 905 3rd Ave., Huntington. The fall series, titled “Music and Ways of Telling,” investigates how the composer conveys meaning to the listener.

The Marshall University Choral Festival will take place October 28-29, 2016 on the campus of Marshall University. Activities will begin Friday, October 28th, at 9 a.m. and conclude at noon on Saturday, October 29th, following the Festival Finale Concert.
